I was surprised to learn this week that I was a winner at LibraryThing in their A Casual Vacancy review contest. I won a LibraryThing t-shirt and a free lifetime membership. As I already have a lifetime membership, I figured I could feature it as a giveaway on this blog. So I have up for grabs a free lifetime membership to LibraryThing, which normally retails for $20. If you already have a lifetime membership with them you cannot receive another one, so this is for new members or yearly membership members of that website. If you are wanting more information about LibraryThing you can click here and go to the home page. You can take the tour of the website and it’s features on that homepage as well. Having a membership allows you to catalog all your books (if not a member you can only catalog 200 books for free), chat with other book lovers, find people with similar reading tastes, get recommendations based on what you’ve read and all kinds of other bookish things. So now onto the rules.
In order to enter this contest, you MUST be a member of this blog and leave a comment on this specific post with you email address, so I can contact the winner.If you follow by email leave me the email that you follow with in your comment. If you follow with GFC leave the name that you use to follow and the same goes for Networked Blogs. To gain an extra entry you can refer back to this giveaway by posting the information on your blog, Facebook, Twitter, or where ever. Just make sure that you leave the link to the post in your comment, so I will know where you have posted.
The entries for this giveaway must be received by November 17, 2012 at 11:59 PM EST. No entries will be allowed for submission after this cutoff time. The winner of the giveaway will be contacted on November 18, 2012 by email and by a post on this blog. The winner will then have two (2) days to respond to the email/post before another winner will be selected.
