  3. To be honest, I had no idea that this book was in a series. I haven't read the others, but I am a little worried that this is the third book in the series. Will I be completely lost? I might see how much they are or see if I can find a copy at the library or something, because it really bothers me to read a book in a series out of order. As I reviewing this one, I don't really want to be overly confused trying to figure out what happened previously. I have also heard good things about 'The Chaperone' and when I came across it at the local thrift shop, I bought it immediately.Kimberlee
